I have now transitioned this blog from final project for my MLIS degree to real life. How it will be used, what part of it will be used, if it will be used at all is up to the homeschoolers who find and utilize this blog. I have wanted to launch this for awhile in the hopes that families new to home schooling will find their questions answered and if they are local, they will find a local support group to join. Thanks Nancy! We met at the Lakewood Library last week... I look forward to homeschooling my kids here in Ocean County with the support of other local homeschooling families and organizations... Hope to come across helpful info here. Thanks again for doing this.

Here's a link to the NEA's new petition to try to restrict homeschooling freedoms in all states. It would make it nearly impossible for people to homeschool.
